Position starts at $36,000 annually with additional phone and vehicle allowances. 

 

Position Schedule

Monday – Friday. Schedule will vary dependent on assignment but can start as early at 5:30 AM

Schedule is typically 45-55 hours per week

 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

This is an outside sales position that is responsible for providing route coverage when assigned Sales Representatives are off or on vacation.  Also to provide sales support in the BDC market by working with Sales Representatives, hanging POS and other marketing materials, assisting in account re-sets, etc. 

  • Maximize distribution of all brands and packages as well as secure the best possible selling position for our products within our On-Premise Department
  • Execute company strategies and tactics utilizing marketing tools and practices.
  • Assist in development of new customer and market growth.
  • Ensure constant communications with key customers decision makers to optimize our relationship.
  • Keep current with all industry and market information.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams.
  • Have a sense of urgency and commitment as well as an ability and desire to make things happen.
  • An ability to work effectively in a commission environment. 

*Our Sales position is very physical in nature, and requires the ability to lift up to 45lbs regularly throughout the day.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of prior sales experience, customer service experience, and/or completed college coursework in sales, marketing or business program.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Must have reliable transportation to run routes
  • Must have the ability to obtain a Wine and Spirits Sales License. 
  • Valid Florida driver’s license is required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
