We are currently seeking a career-minded Business Support Manager to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL!





Main Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the analysis of sales data, planning, tracking and making recommendations based on provided data and information. This position will work closely with the Sales Management team and staff.


Specific Responsibilities:



  • Mobility administrator with responsibility of facilitating and tracking objectives and surveys as well as management of the monthly targets
  • Oversight of Monthly PFP targeting, tracking and roll up for ABI territory
  • Interaction with ABI personnel (District Manager, High End Rep, TAM) to maintain alignment of mutual goals/targets
  • Tracking of WEA compliance process & AOE
  • POC Planning administrator (KODs, Game Plan, Heavy Trade, etc.)
  • Collect and analyze sales data including: time to sell, incentive programs, new brand/package roll outs, and performance vs. goals
  • Conduct ride-withs with sales representatives to identify sales opportunities and communicate findings with VP of Sales
  • Create and monitor performance goals at the account level to identify and address opportunities
  • Create, generate, and adjust reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Analyze mid-month results vs. plan
  • Measure and track the effectiveness of incentive programs and strategies
  • Ensure the Organization stays on track toward achieving those Objectives established in the Wholesaler Business plan



  • At least 2 years of sales experience (in ABI selling platform preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills recommended
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • High functionality in PowerPoint in regards to development and formatting
    • Ability to utilize formulas (ex: vlookup) and pivot table functions within excel. Experience with macros preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business or related job experience
  • Strong aptitude for working with numbers and reports
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with sales people, all levels of management and experience working across multiple functional groups
  • Detail and process oriented with excellent time management and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills – verbal & written – a must
