We are currently seeking a career-minded Operations PFP Coordinator to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL! 


This position will be responsible for managing the PFP (pay for performance) programs for FL and VA operations teams.



  • Reports to Manager of Performance Management
  • Identify Top 5-10 factors for each operations department employee monthly for FL/VA
  • Operations PFP factors must be trackable by position or with minimal assistance
  • Identify any holes in list and compile company focused factors
  • Compile goals with information regarding tracking and purpose
  • Track all goals daily/weekly and send weekly updates to Manager of Performance Mgmt team to distribute
  • End of the month/PFP period roll-up


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • Experience in MS Office with strong Excel skills
  • Superior communication and project management skills required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills. Process and action oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
