Brown Distributing Company, Inc. is currently seeking a Special Events Delivery/ Draft Coordinator  to support our On-Premise Sales Team based out of West Palm Beach, FL


This is a fun relationship-driven business that requires a passion for beer, dedication, and exceptional servicing skills. 



Off Season: Mon-Fri 8am until work is complete

Event Season: 50+ hours per week. Some nights and weekends will also be required.



$48,000-$52,000 (commensurating with experience).

Phone allowance would be provided.


  • Must have a CDL
  • Must have a flexible work schedule and be very organized
  • Must have great communication and leadership skills
  • Coordinate, schedule and successfully execute all approved special events and venues
  • Ability to help draft department when needed

Special Events

  • Manage sales and service of all assigned Venues (amphitheater, ball parks, etc)
  • Up sell clients/event managers on higher end products that fit the clientele and type of event
  • Maintain special event equipment in timely manner including the maintenance of party trailers and cold plates used- remove
  • Assist with the review and evaluation of talk sheets submitted to BDC for sponsorship of events- remove
  • Ensure POS at all Venues and special events is current and in good working condition
  • Maintain draught lines at all venues and all event equipment (trailers, vans, cold plates, icers, etc)
  • Communicate product needs and event/venue activity to supervisor
  • Ensure that set-ups and deliveries are met on the determined time for special events and venues
  • Constantly promote Consumer Awareness and Education (CA & E)
  • Communicate closely with the On-Premise DM to cover all details for Special Events


Line Cleaning

  • Maintain and oversee the customer service of our line cleaning team
  • "Long Lines" are to be cleaned every 2 week.
  • "Short Lines" are to be cleaned every 2 weeks.
  • Perform / oversee the duties of service calls which will provide customer with "cleaned" beer dispensing equipment.
    • Disassemble and brush clean dispensing faucet, tap handle base and tavern head.
    • Flush coil with cleaning solution.
    • Replace any worn washer and gasket.
    • Before leaving customer, insure draft dispensing equipment is fully operational.
  • Review each component of draft service check list during service call and leave signed copy of check list with the customer...including but not limited to:
    • Beer temperature.
    • CO2 pressure.
    • Condition of refrigeration unit.
    • Condition of "air hose" and "air vent."


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A valid FL driver’s license is required with no negative points, no DUI convictions 
  • Must be able to communicate comfortably with all customers  
  • Previous experience in the beer industry a plus
  • Must be able to bend and kneel and reach with hands and arms consistently
  • Must have a CDL and be able to work and execute all events.
