The Convenience Team Leader is a member of the West Palm Beach Sales team and reports directly to the Director of Convenience.


Schedule:  Monday - Friday


  • Responsible for all day-to-day management of the Anheuser-Busch Segment development.  To include opening of new distribution, delivery and merchandising of products and scheduling of service call days.   
  • The Convenience Team Leader is responsible for managing, directing, and developing of all sales team members for the AB segment.  He/She is responsible for their performance, execution and the continued overall development of their assigned market. 
  • Provide accountability of sales representatives regarding consistent motivation, market execution, and follow-up.
  • To provide timely and quality feedback by performing evaluations and annual performance appraisal of each of his/her direct reports.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of all store resets, being proactive to work with store personnel and division personnel to have the BDC AB portfolio represented in the sets.  Ensuring product is at the reset and placed in the set.
  • To develop, grow and maximize Case Sales, and Off & On Ad Display activity in segment. 
    • Works to develop monthly goals and objectives for the Convenience Sales Representatives.
    • Must know accounts and have a close personal relationship with key stores.
    • Must work to provide timely information on inventory needs to the Warehouse Supervisors to prevent OOS situations.
  • Ensure execution and focus on use of appropriate P.O.S., display, shelf space, pricing, and distribution opportunities.


  • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales Management
  • Passionate and knowledgeable of Beer Industry
  • Ability to forge strong relationships
  • Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff and to ensure accomplishment of goals.
  • Written communication skills to be concise, well organized, complete, and clear.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing personality, customer service oriented, team player
  • Ability to obtain a Wine and Spirits Sales license
