    We are seeking a career-minded New Account Specialist to build relationships and open new accounts in order to grow the Specialty Sales Division of Broward County

     

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for Craft Beer! This is a fun relationship-driven business that requires sales ability, dedication and exceptional servicing skills.

     

    Schedule: 

    Monday - Friday. Occasional weekend and nights required. 

    Responsibilities

     Sales 

    • Identify new accounts to develop new customer contacts and sales opportunities
    • Develops account “Call List” with contact and call schedule
    • Create, develop, and maintain professional working relationship in every account
    • Follow-up on all business commitments to your customers.
    • Service all customer requests in a timely manner.
    • Schedule on site product promotions and signage
    • Monitors and maintains awareness on products, initiatives, and promotions.
    • Turn in daily/weekly recap of results and accomplishments
    • Provide customer service, answer questions, and resolve problems

    Related Sales Duties

    • Communicate daily with Sales Managers
    • Maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times.
    • Make sure you have prospective new accounts list.
    • Drive your vehicle safely, courteously, and obey all traffic regulations. Report all traffic violations to the Sales Manager
    • Maintain accurate records and process all orders, reports, and forms as required.
    • Report all competitive activities to your Sales Manager.
    • Attend all sales meetings.
    • Follow all BDC rules and regulations.

     

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in sales, preferably in Beer or Wine/Spirits for greater than 6 months
    • Effective communicator and customer service focused
    • Relationship Builder
    • Must have a valid Florida Driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Reliable transportation
    • Ability to obtain Wine and Spirits License
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work a flexible full time schedule
    • Dedicated and self-motivated, passionate about the Craft Beer Industry!
