    The Specialty Team Leader is a member of the Specialty Sales team focusing on leading and developing sales in the Miami territory for the On Premise segments.

     

    Schedule:

    Monday - Friday

    Occasional night and weekend would be required.

     

    Compensation:

    Commensurate with experience. 

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for all day-to-day management of the Specialty Segment development.  To include opening of new distribution and delivery of products and scheduling of service call days.   
    • The Specialty Team Leader is responsible for managing, directing, and developing of all sales team members for the Specialty Miami segment.  He/She is responsible for their performance, execution and the continued overall development of On Premise Accounts. 
    • Provide accountability of sales representatives regarding consistent motivation, market execution, and follow-up.
    • To provide timely and quality feedback by performing evaluations and annual performance appraisal of each of his/her direct reports.
    • To develop, grow and maximize sales.
      • Work closely with Specialty Division Sales Manager and Specialty Sales Director to develop monthly goals and objectives for the Specialty Sales Representatives.
      • Must know accounts and have a close personal relationship with key stores.
      • Must work to provide timely information on inventory needs to the Warehouse/Delivery Manager to prevent OOS situations or non-delivery situations.
    • Ensure execution and focus on use of appropriate P.O.S., pricing, and distribution opportunities.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Working with the Sales Representatives to achieve standards in areas of customer satisfaction, distribution and rotation.

    • Ensuring all sales routes are covered daily
    • Conducting effective ride-with and team sells
    • Proper training for all new sales representatives and sales assistants

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales Management.
    • Passionate and knowledgeable of Beer Industry.
    • Ability to forge strong relationships.
    • Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff and to ensure accomplishment of goals.
    • Written communication skills to be concise, well organized, complete, and clear.
    • Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
    • Outgoing personality, customer service oriented and a team player.
