We are currently seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor to support our operations team in Richmond, VA!


Sunday- 8AM until work is complete

Monday- Thursday-12:00PM until work is complete 


SEASONAL HOURS (~November-March)

Monday-Friday: 12:00pm until work is complete



Compensation: will commensurate with experience 



Position is responsible for overseeing the operational functions for the Warehouse Operations. Position assist in the strategic planning for purchase capital equipment and assist in the development of department operational budget. Ensures efficient and safe operation within assign department and operates in an environment of continuous advancement of warehouse operations. 


  • Supervise and participate in the receiving of loads in the RF gun and Encompass system.
  • Manage warehouse operation to include inventory and product placement.
  • Verify all loads have been staged properly.
  • Organize and coordinate special event loads.
  • End date of settlement of all products received.
  • Coordinate work flow and monitor the work of others as necessary.
  • Maintain time records of assigned staff.
  • Train subordinate staff as assigned.
  • Operate delivery trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse tools and equipment.
  • Ensure warehouse facility and equipment is in a clean, safe, and orderly condition and all equipment/vehicles are properly stored.
  • Ensure all fire prevention and safety standards are met. 
  • Initiate “hidden or noticeable damage, and personal injury” reports.
  • Maintain good communication and relations with workforce
  • Perform all other duties as required by management.


  • Ensure full use of Encompass
  • Assist the VP of Operations with the development and maintenance of the annual business plan.  This would include updating action plans and pertinent information on a daily basis.
  • Assist in the development an annual operating budget for the Warehouse Department
  • Maintain a vacation schedule for the Warehouse Department
  • Ensure all complaint calls received from the complaint line are forwarded to the proper channels.

Safety and Staff Development

  • Assist in execution of risk management activities to ensure OSHA and other safety compliance areas.  Including update and maintenance of PPE areas, MSDS sheets, lock out tag out etc.
  • Ensure proper training of staff related to safety procedures (forklift/pallet jack certification, PPE procedures, electrical safety etc.)

This candidate will supervise the following: Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse personnel.


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
  • or five to seven years related experience and/or training;
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience.
